Pay Credit Card Bill
There are two ways to search for NodeSale Store locations.
After you finalized your order, you should have seen an Order Confirmation page. If you saw that page, the order was successfully submitted. If you did not see that page or don't remember it, the next way to know your order was successful is through the email confirmations that you will receive.
Most merchandise can be returned within 90 days of purchase unless noted in our Online Return Policy Exceptions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by Homedepot.com. Please note bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund.
For your convenience, items purchased on nodesale.com can be returned to any of our retail stores nationwide.
For most orders delivered by UPS or Fed Ex, you can use the enclosed small parcel return label to mail your return. Alternately, you can arrange to return on your own, using the address specified on the return label.**

*Please note that, depending on the form of payment tendered, it may take 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
**All Alaska and Hawaii non-UPS returns must be returned to a retail store.

Returns within 90 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via NodeSale store credit.

This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in.
To cancel a Buy Online, Pick Up in Store order, see your order details and follow the "Cancel Order" link to cancel the order directly online. Please note that orders being picked up at multiple stores are not eligible for online cancellation at this time.
For all other orders, contact us as soon as possible via phone, live chat, or email, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, since we send orders to our warehouses frequently throughout the day to provide customers fast fulfillment and shipping, we're unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.
